- Abstract
- An algorithm for computer-aided design of the technological process of high-speed milling on CNC machines in the ADEM CAD/CAM/CAPP system and its digital counterpart has been developed. Formulas for calculating the parameters of high-speed milling are proposed. The results of testing the algorithm in the manufacture of the "Plate" part for the mold are presented. A comparative analysis of costs and productivity for different milling technologies is given.
