- Abstract
- Developed in Russia technology of internal mounting elements (crystal chip) on the printed circuit board was considered. It was noted that in many cases, the internal mounting technology is able to replace the classical surface-mount technology. Authoring for the implementation of considered technology on flexible printed circuit boards was given.
