- Abstract
- The influence of explosive treatment on the thermal expansion and thermal conductivity of antifriction highly filled copper-polytetrafluorethylene composite materials was studied. It is established that the explosive pressing of copper-polytetrafluorethylene composite materials allow to carry welding of metallic particles to form a heat-conducting reinforcing continuous phase (frame) and to increase adhesion between the metal and polymer, that leads to a lower thermal expansion and significantly higher thermal conductivity.
