- Abstract
- Among the various types of products made of refractory composite ceramics, a special place is occupied by the technologies of profiled products, which are widely used in engineering, due to their unique properties, electrophysical characteristics, high strength and heat resistance. Profiled products form a separate class of extrusion mouldings, which, as a rule, have a complex cross-section. The choice of a technological method for their manufacture is an urgent task due to the need to improve the technological process of manufacturing profiled products of complex shape and configuration using composite ceramics based on aluminosilicates, mineral raw materials and high-temperature components. The aim of the work is to select the composition and improve the technology of manufacturing profiled ceramic products by extrusion. During the work, the PN-1 insulator was manufactured for machine-building organizations. The physical and technical parameters of the profiled ceramic product are analyzed. The work is related to the implementation of the application for the manufacture of the PN-1 insulator for machine-building organizations.
