- Abstract
- The main provisions of the conception of development of the domestic radio-electronics in the format of a National base of radio-electronics (NBR) of Russia are suggested. The basic concepts and definitions of the NBR, objectives and tasks are formulated. Proposals on first-priority activities of the federal and corporate levels, implementing conceptual aspects of formation and development of the NBR as a priority national project, aimed at modernization of the system of regulation and control development of the domestic radio-electronics are submitted.
