- Abstract
- Introduction of information technology in holding in order to increase the efficiency of its management often leads to opposite results. The reasons, disturbing to effective application of information technology, among which - absence of uniform vision of a role of information technologies for business among holding divisions, mixture of the business-architect and the IT-architect roles are considered. For overcoming of contradictions roles of the business architect and the IT-architect are defined, principles of the organization of a control system by information technologies in holding are offered.
