- Abstract
- The analysis of IT-service specialist knowledge model, on the base of which it was drawn is made a conclusion of needing the models of knowledge, coordinated with knowledge management systems. Such model is suggested in the article. It is based on integrated hybrid model that is using for IT-infrastructure development management. In this model all components of IT-infrastructure models, data of external environment and management process model are integrated. It using helps to increase the efficiency of knowledge management in the IT-service and more effective accumulate, generalize and apply this data in the management process.
