- Abstract
- The article discusses the methods of estimation of situation centers (SC) projects on the basis of the system of criteria relying on which comparison of the last project solutions is done. A set of crite-ria specific for the situation centers was proposed, the methods of their calculation were based. To compare the various configuration options of SC an integral criterion (Ksc) is proposed; a formula for its calculating was suggested. The resulted integral quality assessment allows to design the optimal configuration of situation centers.
