- Abstract
- As the result of researches in Micro-Cap program principle electric circuit of basic logical element 2And-No (TTLS) was created. In regimen of transmission testimonial of constant current transmission description of the element was created and static parameters were determined. Time diagrams of entrance and outlet voltage and outset current were constructed. Such parameters as I0out, I1out, P0, P1 and Pmid were found. On the base of multiversion analysis influences of a series of passive parameters on the transmission testimonials, static and dynamic parameters of basic logical element were formed. It was carried out the analysis of research results and was selected optimum values of passive elements of circuit.
