- Abstract
- It has been established that the data generated by automated control systems requires being integrated and supplemented for the purpose of high-level project management. An algorithm for the implementation of the approach to building an integrated information automated system for indicators generation with respect to high-level project management in research and development activities is set forward. A system of key metrics of project management processes has been developed to meet head of research and development activities departments demands.
