- Abstract
- The article considers an approach to the system description of parts such as bodies of revolution and their surfaces, based on the use of vector functions in the parameters of machine systems. An algorithm for describing the process of mechanical processing of a cylindrical surface using vector functions is developed. A mathematical model is proposed that describes cylindrical surfaces and transition objects during processing on CNC machines. A structure of classes of the process of processing surfaces of revolution is developed.
