- Abstract
- Theoretical approaches to the description of the construction of 1D-structure of reinforced polymer composite materials (RPCM) are considered. The main dependencies of the coordination number for different fiber packing on their content in the volume are established. For the first time, a classification of reinforced plastics of 1D-structure by the coordination number (Zm and Zi) is proposed, which describes the structure formation of a spatial heterogeneous 1D-structure within the framework of a lattice model of fiber packing in space. Characteristic values of the Zi parameter are established, corresponding to structural transitions for different types of RPCM, according to the proposed classification. It is shown that the design of RPCM compositions with different types of lattices should begin with a limit-packed system with Zm, with a subsequent decrease in Zi to 1 and the corresponding fiber content.
