- Abstract
- The use of UAVs in various fields is becoming more common. However, monitoring with their use is not as widespread in Russia as in other countries, although the prospects for the development of this area are great. Our article examines examples of the use of aircraft in assessing the level of environmental pollution and the consequences of environmental disasters, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various tools for monitoring the state of forests and reservoirs, followed by the prospects for the development of UAVs in the field of environmental monitoring.
