- Abstract
- The methods to reduce power consumption due to construction and switching methods of CMOS transistors in integral circuits have been considered. As examples, memory and microprocessor integral circuits have been applied to analyze the ways of power consumption reduction, choosing optimal architecture and time periods of active and passive state of their units. As an example, radio-frequency units have been considered within an opportunity of their optimization due to rational distribution of analog and digital signal processing.
