- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the development of the design of an automated current control device intended for measuring the power consumption of industrial equipment with a load of up to 100 A and transmitting the obtained data via a wireless network for subsequent analysis. The design was designed using SolidWorks CAD, and suitable materials were selected for it. The SolidWorks Simulation module was used to calculate the natural resonant frequency and analyze the response to sinusoidal loads. Additionally, a thermal analysis was performed in SolidWorks Flow Simulation to assess the temperature regime of the device.
