- Abstract
- A geologically safe and efficient method for handling drill cuttings should be based on maximum waste processing during disposal. The article proposes technological, geoecological and state criteria for assessing the efficiency of technological solutions for disposal of drill cuttings and the environmental friendliness of the resulting man-made soils. Based on the results of the technological method assessment, it was concluded that the most effective solution is: mixing using excavator booms and climatic restrictions (from - 30 to + 30 оC). The maximum Wald criteria for geoecological criteria are established for economic indicators, the Savage criteria - for toxicological indicators. The Hurwitz criterion (h = 0.6) indicates that achieving the indicator indicators ensures the geoecological safety of man-made soils. The assessment of the economic significance indicates that the Hurwitz criterion (h = 0.6) is acceptable: ecological and economic assessment of environmental measures. Thus, the proposed criteria determine the optimal technological solutions for obtaining man-made soils.
