- Abstract
- To prevent environmental threats associated with the occurrence of hazardous hydrological events and caused by the impact of man-made and natural factors on the state of industrial entities, an information-management system for monitoring and early detection of floods and underflooding in urbanized areas has been developed. The system is mobile, reliable, and equipped with a conductometric sensor, which ensures higher accuracy and efficiency of warning on critical water level compared to known analogues based on radar and ultrasonic sensors used at stationary hydroposts.
