- Abstract
- Recent achievements in the international quantum computer race are discussed. Some experts are quoted as saying that in the digital era, "quantum computers (QCs) are becoming the technological equivalent of nuclear weapons" and others as saying that peacemaker D. Trump is "betting on the quantum technological revolution in the Pentagon and is preparing for new types of future wars." The volume of resources ranging from $1 to $2.4 trillion is mentioned, allocated for the implementation of this revolution, as well as in order to attract the best specialists from Silicon Valley and the best scientists from American universities to fulfill Pentagon orders. Various applications of QCs in military affairs are shown. It is emphasized that the most dangerous for opponents is the synergy of quantum AI and quantum sensors capable of detecting submarines at any depth and in any area of the world's oceans.
