- Abstract
- This article presents a model for assessing data quality in an information system for decision support for innovative development in the aviation industry. It examines the methodological foundations for developing an integrated data quality indicator, taking into account the grouping of quality characteristics, the data quality characteristic interaction matrix, and the degradation function. A mathematical framework for dynamically assessing data quality is proposed, including a multi-level weighting system, accounting for trade-offs between characteristics, and time factors. The model is adapted to the specifics of the aviation industry, taking into account domestic standards and data security requirements.
