- Abstract
- The article is devoted to an integrated approach to the creation and updating of organizational and technical documentation in the field of information security using the example of a university. Key documents such as instructions for working with personal data, data processing policies, job descriptions for employees of the information security department, as well as technical regulations and regulations on laboratories are considered. Particular attention is paid to updating existing documents, such as the General Information Security Policy, and introducing new requirements, including notifications on the collection of metadata on the site and instructions for improving web resources. Technologies for supporting paper-based document management are also discussed.
