- Abstract
- The article presents the results of an experimental study of the influence of key physical and chemicall parameters of cultivation on the effectiveness of wastewater treatment using microalgae Chlorella vulgaris. It was found that mixing the medium significantly accelerates the removal of phosphates and nitrates, reducing their concentration to 60 % and 50 %, respectively. Infrared radiation promotes intensive co₂ absorption (up to 50 % in three days). The results of the work can be used to develop energy-efficient microalgae cultivation regimes for biological wastewater treatment and biomass accumulation.
