- Abstract
- The growth of the housing stock and the change in the boundaries of settlements are urgent issues in the development of urban planning in Russia. This article shows the importance of determining the size of the sanitary protection zone of heat generating facilities in new buildings, taking into account the assessment of the risk to public health. Models in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare are presented. The option of introducing artificial intelligence technologies in the thermal energy sector to improve the environmental situation in large industrial cities is being considered.
