- Abstract
- The article substantiates an integrated approach to the inventory of resources and environmental emissions. A complete integration of inventory into an electronic accounting system is proposed to ensure uniformity of data on the turnover of substances and materials, transparency of their handling, and the possibility of rapid information exchange with interested parties. The structure of the inventory report is defined, which contains balance information on resource flows, taking into account their transformation, the quantitative and qualitative composition of all types of emissions into the environment, and recycling capabilities. The resource accounting turnover sheet acquires the status of the main document for evaluating production activities at a specific industrial site to assess the company's excellence in terms of applied technologies and emissions of pollutants into the environment. The regulation of forms of environmental documentation (including inventory) is considered, through the introduction of appropriate standards.
