- Abstract
- Mathematical modelling of process of clearing of a gas stream from firm particles of ashes is spent at application of cyclone CN -15. As aprioristic model the multinomial of the second order with two independent variable (operating factors) which well describes the majority of technical problems has been chosen sedate. As the operating factors, making defining impact on concentration of firm particles of ashes in emissions, speed of a gas stream and diameter of a cyclone have been chosen. Modelling was spent with use of methods of mathematical planning of experiment. Have been as a result constructed regression dependence of concentration of ashes in emissions from operating factors. The analysis of regression dependence has shown, that influence of increase in speed of a gas stream on reduction of concentration of ashes in emissions 10 times more influence of increase in diameter of a cyclone on reduction of this concentration. Thus pair interaction of these two factors opposite leads to small increase in concentration of particles of ashes in emissions.
