- Abstract
- In the third part of this review, the discussion of new achievements in the international quantum computing race continues. Well-known metrics for evaluating the performance of quantum computers are presented. The reasons behind the competition between developers of classical AI systems and quantum computer developers are explained. Quantum AI and quantum sensors, as well as their interaction, are considered. New areas of applying quantum computers in combination with quantum sensors and quantum AI are shown. The application of new achievements in the international quantum computing race is illustrated, both in medicine and the military, and the growth of such applications alongside quantum AI and quantum sensors is predicted.
