- Abstract
- This article examines the gap between accumulated production data arrays and the operational control circuit for CNC machines. The architecture of a software module is proposed that performs semantic searches for retrospective precedents, their verification, and the seamless injection of adjusted parameters into the control circuit. An ontological model of the technological context and a hybrid search algorithm combining semantic filtering with metric comparison of time series are described. Multi-level validation mechanisms have been developed to eliminate potential risks. A predictive analysis of historical data on the operation of power generating units is presented to predict equipment failures.
