- Abstract
- For the first time, a complete mathematical model of the flow of ceramic and composite materials in forming with diaphragm was developed. Tools with diaphragms are widely used in the technology of blanks drawing with a diameter equal to or greater than half the diameter of the outlet of the screw press. Development of the model allows designing a similar tools basing on accurate calculation of stress distribution in the deformed material and optimizing the flow process by varying the geometry of the tool's working channel and boundary lubrication conditions.
