- The article is dedicated to IT-architecture impact on operational risk level depending on different types of relationships between IT-systems supporting business-processes. The methods of the enterprise IT-architecture internal optimization as the tool of subject oriented approach to operational risk management are presented. The authors used their own experience of operational risk evaluation for nonfinancial business.
