- Abstract
- The ceramic samples of Pb(Tix,Zr1-x)O3 solid solutions with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0,2 and 0,37 ≤ x ≤ 0,52 have been obtained. Сrystal structure and grain patterns of the ceramics in the areas of morphotropic phase transitions were analyzed. Multifractal parameterization of ceramics' microstructure was performed. The features and principal stages of grain structure evolution in PZT solid solutions have been revealed in the areas of morphotropic phase transitions.
