- Abstract
- Performances of MCT LWIR 6×576 FPA on the basis of molecular beam heteroepitaxial structures have been investigated. A heteroepitaxial structure for the FPA is realized in such manner that the photodiodes of 8-12 µm spectral range are formed with the pitch of 14 µm that it is fully acceptable for replacement of 4×288 FPA in infrared applications without an amendment to the constitution. Design solutions allow to increase detectivity D* up to 2⋅1011 W-1⋅cm⋅Hz1/2 and enhance resolution and field of view of the thermal imagers.
