- Abstract
- The gamma-ray radiometer based on synthetic diamond was developed. High noise immunity is implemented in gamma-ray radiometer scheme with length of coaxial line up to 200 m with remote preamplifier. Radiometer includes diamond detector, preamplifier, driver amplifier, spectrometric ADC and pulse analyzer. The mathematical model of gamma-radiation registration by diamond detector; its dimensions are taken into account. Computer codes for calculation of the detector response to gamma radiation and gamma spectrum restoration have been developed.
