- Abstract
- The optical system with two fields of view for cooled thermal imaging devices operating in the spectral region 8-12 µm is presented in the paper. The optical system has an intermediate image plane which locates between frontal and relay parts of the objective lens. The switching of the fields of view implements by changing of the lenses of the frontal part of the objective lens. The optical system of the thermal imaging device, its main parameters and technical characteristics are given in the paper as well as evaluation of its image quality.
