- Abstract
- Solid solutions (SS) of (1-x)BiFeO3-xPbNb2/3Mg1/3O3 system with 0 < x ≤ 0.3, Δx = 0.05 were obtained. Their structural and dielectric properties were studied. It was found that in the 0 < x ≤ 0.1 concentration range SS characterized with a rhombohedral (Rh) structure, and in 0.1 < x ≤ 0.3 range - two-phase state with coexisting Rh and pseudocubic phases. It is shown that complex behavior of the temperature dependence of the imaginary and real parts of complex permittivity is a characteristic feature of all investigated SS.
