- Abstract
- It is defined the possibility of reduction of time of calculations when analysing the biomedical signals (electroencephalogram) on the basis of continuous wavelet-transformation. It is shown that combination of WAVE wavelets with CUDA technology may yield a significant speedup in computation of the elements of wavelet-transformation matrix. The suggested optimization allows us to implement the process of handling of signals in real time with high level of resolution.
