- Abstract
- The operating regimes for cladding of powder ceramics by chemical vapor deposition are developed. The mechanism of formation of composite dielectric-metal structures has been determined. Obtaining two-layer composite materials based on oxide (Al2O3-Cu, Al2O3-Ni, Al2O3-Cо) and carbide (SiC-Cu, WC-Cu, Co) ceramics has been defined using electron microscopy. The particle size of the deposited metal (100-200 μm) has been determined; the plated layer thickness is 1-6 μm. The obtained powder will be used for wear-resistant coatings by gas-dynamic spraying method.
