- Abstract
- The article deals with perspectives of application of powerful vacuum tubes. We describe the possibility and the way of increasing the efficiency of switching tubes, comparing characteristics of powerful vacuum tubes and semiconductors. The results of experimental investigation of models of vacuum tubes invertors are described. Parameters and characteristics of powerful vacuum tubes invertors for powerful electronics are estimated.
