- Abstract
- In the article the calculation of the electrostatic energy analyzer of the charged particles beams with help of the approximate analytical method for calculating trajectories and by the numerical program "Focus" modeling axially symmetric electron-optical schemes with an arbitrary configuration of electrodes has been presented. The energy analyzer with hexapole-cylindrical field has been considered.
