- Abstract
- The results of 3D modeling the electron-optic system forming one cylindrical beam with microperveance 3-8 mkA/V3/2 for the powerful pulse TWT are presented. Considered are the possibilities of improving the electron guns with three grids and the EOS in whole. The total beam current increases on 8-15 %, beam focusing improves and beam landing value decreases in 3-4 times.
