- Abstract
- This article has investigated the focusing properties of transaxial electron mirror with curvilinear axial trajectory formed by the combined (electric and magnetic) fields of rotational symmetry with a common median plane, which are a symmetry plane for the electric field and the antisymmetry plane for the magnetic field. Expressions defining the position of the effective returning plane of charged particles, the conditions of their focusing in mutually perpendicular planes and stigmatic focusing and aberration coefficients were obtained.
