- Abstract
- The new method of measuring image intensifier tube with electron-bombarded CCD of signal-noise ratio is presented. Adopted for IIT with luminescent screen of signal-noise ratio measuring method in this case is technically not applicable. The proposed method is based on digital processing of the test signal supplied to the EBCCD. This paper presents a computational algorithm and measuring system scheme. Besides evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed method indicates that its practical use can significantly (5-10 times) reduce the complexity of the IIT of signal-noise ratio measuring taken for similar devices with luminescent screen.
