- Abstract
- First copies of EM-CCD detectors which have been produced for CCTV systems since 2007 appeared in Russia. At present SAO RAS possesses two EM-CCD detectors, which are integral part of observational complexes on the largest Russian optical telescope BTA. In the article results on research of one of the first EM-CCD CCTV-camera in observations of celestial objects are presented. Comparison with Russian serial memory CCD CCTV chambers is done.
