- Abstract
- In a wide temperature and frequency has been measured magnetodielectric effect in ceramics Bi1-xEuxFeO3. It is shown that increasing the concentration of Eu leads to a sharp increase in the magneto factor at temperatures 400-550 K in the case of parallel orientation of the measuring electric and permanent magnetic fields. In the mutually perpendicular orientation of these fields, magneto coefficient decreases sharply. The nature of the anisotropy of the magneto effect.
