- Abstract
- On system NTI MIAS "Constellation" example the technique proektiro-vanija information systems is presented. The technique includes working out of three levels kontsep-tsii systems. On the first, strategic, level the place future siste in all variety of the automated information systems is postulated on-value. The second level of the concept, tactical, defines principles of creation and time-vitija of system which develop and concretized on the third level of the working tool in the form of set of the basic (global) technical decisions.
