- Abstract
- The results of computer simulation and thermoelectric radiation detectors design on the basis of anisotropic, short-circuited, and thermocouple power converters are given. Detectors design is performed by means of object-oriented programming. Detector models are prepared with receiving pads ranging from 5×5 to 20×20 mm and volt/watt sensitivity up to 5 V/W. Examples of their application are illustrated in laser emission measuring devices.
