- Abstract
- The problems of utilization of process wastes of polyacrylonitrile fibre for producing polymer reagents, assigned for water shut-off in oil wells are considered. To this effect, the fibre wastes are hydrolyzed in water solution of sodium hydroxide and modified with special chemical additives. Technological advantages of utilization of raw material based on wet wastes of Nitron polyacrylonitrile fibre comparing to dry wastes - cuts of fur fabric are discussed. The higher hydrolysis activity of wet polyacrylonitrile fibers is conditioned by their structural features (porosity, developed inner surface) is illustrated. Developed method of chemical processing of wastes of polyacrylonitrile fibre is accepted as a basis for production of reagents, being in high demand in oil producing industry.
