- Abstract
- In the (1-x)BiFeO3-xKNbO3 system the following phase sequence with the increase of x from 0 to 1 was established: R3c → Pbnm → P4mm → Amm2. Concentration phase changes with the increase of KNbO3 content from R3c to Pbnm and from Amm2 to P4mm are similar to temperature phase transitions with the increase of temperature in BiFeO3 and KNbO3 correspondingly.
