- Abstract
- The primary sources of alternative raw materials provided by natural bitumen, and opportunities for their innovation and technological industrial development and management are considered. The data about of decision this problem for the USSR and abroad the world, as well as prospects for its solution in the new Russia, taking into account the opportunities and requirements of the technological environment are shown. Oil shale and oil sands (with a heavy "viscous" oil), along with options for underground gasification of coal, are valued as a source of combustible synthesis gas, synthetic liquid fuels and associated components. The systematic organization of scientific research (NCI) and research and development work (R & D) at specific sites and landfills in order to optimize the process of engaging in the industrial use of these promising substitutes for petroleum and natural gas are recinnebded.
