- Abstract
- Tendencies of most total extraction of the fatty acids from waste products of alkaline purification sunflower-seed oil was discovered. Mechanism of extractions process of the fatty component from soap stoke by conversion a straight emulsion to inverse by combined influence of the electrolyte and surface-active matter was investigated. Optimum parameters of the process of alkaline hydrolysis oil was selected with a view to decrease of the degree unlimited of organic compounds incoming to composition of soaps.
