- Abstract
- Technical and economic efficiency of use of "chemical molding" technology (previously developed for processing of plastics) are shown at manufacture of fullplastic large-sized products with comparative bulks 0.5-0.65. It is established that even in the absence pressure the residual porosity of such plastics does not exceed 2 %, and the molecular weight of the thermoplastic matrix synthesized in the process of articles molding it is higher molecular weight of dispersed filled plastics. This paper is proposed the principles of the design of the technological processes of "chemical molding" of articles made of the reinforced thermoplastics with different compositions.
