- Abstract
- The influence of obtaining method and concentration of filler (up to 40 % copper) on thermal expansion and thermal conductivity of copper-polytetrafluorethylene composites is studied. Explosive processing is established to lead to reducing of thermal expansion and improving of thermal conductivity properties in comparison with static pressing and it is connected with activation of physical and chemical interactions in the polymer-metal system.
